We had the pleasure of ordering catering from Cafe Roman for our baby’s baptism, and everything was absolutely outstanding! The food was incredibly fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Every dish was full of flavor, and all of our guests kept complimenting how amazing everything tasted. What impressed us even more was their exceptional customer service. Even though they are normally closed on Sundays, they graciously accommodated our order for this very special occasion. Their kindness, flexibility, and professionalism made the entire experience stress-free. We are so grateful to the Cafe Roma team for helping make our baby’s baptism celebration so memorable. We highly recommend them for any special event - you won’t be disappointed!

Rude service will not return . Walked in party of 3 at 6:25. Receptionist fumbled over saying they are full. Two open booths I asked about. Said they are reserved….their reservation list said 6:30 and 7pm. I said ok …then silence…then I asked the person if they wanted to take my name down. Got a “sure” and told 10-15 min wait. Full stop already. A 7pm reservation does not get to cut a 6:25 walk in. That’s crazy? They don’t offer to take my number to call text. They don’t offer adequate space to stand and wait for a table. Cool…6:43 the 6:30 reservation party still did not show…. I am not updated or reached out to so I take my family and leave. Have spent a LOT of money here on business lunches , because that what’s this place is, not some pretentious fancy dinner spot. I will never return or recommend this place again.

We had our second visit to Cafe Roma last month and there are things everyone should know. First, our food was a mixed bag. My sandwich was good but my wife’s southwest salad was mediocre. The salad description had a lot of potential but the greens, the dressing and the popcorn shrimp were all a disappointment. On the negative side, our party could not enjoy the meal because the room volume was incredibly loud; not just discordant - I mean piercing loudness. The hard-sided space almost amplifies the noise. Every table is shouting to be heard above the din, and that means we’re shouting at our table just to have a conversation with our 83 year old parents. It was awful. Also, it should be noted that the television monitor above the bar was showing Fox News. Seeing that channel and its rhetoric is not something I want to experience while I’m trying to eat a meal with family. If you like the cacophony of shouting tables and Fox News, then this is the place for you. But I don’t think I’ll be back for a third visit.

Terrible experience this time at Cafe Roma. On a Thursday before a holiday the place was packed. Three of us waited about ten minutes for a table. Not bad. The host seated us and brought three glasses of water for the table. What was really crappy was the table service. A fourteen top table was getting all the attention and we were solidly ignored for more than ten minutes. Not a drink order, not even an acknowledgment that they’ll be with us. Nothing. When a server finally showed up we ordered everything. Drinks, salad and entrees. That’s when I started a stopwatch on the phone. It took over twenty five minutes for our dinners to arrive. The food was fine. Sorry Cafe Roma, tonight was lousy
